printed automatically. It has to be started manually in the
job list. You can add this priority to a job, for example, if
you want to change the print settings afterwards.
→ Immediately: This is the highest priority level. This priority
can only be set in RW-480 PLOTBASE and RW-480
SCANTOOL. The current print job will be interrupted until
the job with priority "immediately" is done. You can use
this priority, if you want to print out a scanned drawing
immediately (copy function).
The following chapter describes how you can alter the
priority.
• Job status:
This job characteristic can be used to obtain information
about possible problems or plot errors during the job
concerned. The different status conditions are listed below.
Behind each status condition you can find an explanation
and the color which is shown in the Job list:
OK
(black)
The job has been printed.
Preparing data The job is prepared for printing.
(dark green)
Pending
(blue)
The job is ready for printing.
Plotting
(green)
The job is currently being printed.
Locked Print The job is protected by a password.
(light blue)
Manual
(light blue)
The print job must be started
manually. The job will be processed
by the plotter not before you have
put the medium into the bypass tray.
Wait for the request to do so.
Sample Print A test print is to be made first.

The job order has been canceled.
Further information on the status can be obtained by double
clicking on the line of the job concerned with the mouse
cursor. The program opens an info window, which contains
