How is the signal strength

when using Bluetooth

Try the following:

• Check the Wireless Interface Unit and Bluetooth module are

installed properly.

• Check there are no obstructions between computer and print-

er.

• Change the location of the computer.

• Change the location of the printer.

PDF Direct Print is not ex-

ecuted (PDF file is not

printed).

You must install an optional hard disk drive or set the value of the

[RAM Disk] in the [System Menu] to 2 MB or higher.

When printing a PDF with a password set, set the password of the

PDF file using the [PDF: Change PW] menu in [PDF Menu] or Web Im-

age Monitor.

Due to the security setting of the PDF file, when [Printing] under

[Do not Allow] of a PDF file is checked, the file cannot be printed.

Perform printing after unchecking the [Printing] of [Do not Allow].

As a result of printing us-

ing PDF Direct Printing,

characters are missing or

misshapen.

Before printing, embed the font in the PDF file to be printed.
